We only accept returns for:
Damaged items

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to our Cash on Delivery (COD) policy.
You must notify us of any issue within 3 days of receiving the product.

A clear description of the issue
Photo evidence of the damage or defect
Once we receive your return request and confirm the eligibility:
We will arrange for return pickup or provide return instructions.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and labels.
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through a bank transfer or mobile payment method, as per our coordination with you.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Products returned after the 3-day notification period
