1. Eligibility for Return

We only accept returns for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to our Cash on Delivery (COD) policy.

2. Timeframe for Return Request

You must notify us of any issue within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo evidence of the damage or defect

3. Return Process

Once we receive your return request and confirm the eligibility:

  • We will arrange for return pickup or provide return instructions.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and labels.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through a bank transfer or mobile payment method, as per our coordination with you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products returned after the 3-day notification period

  • Items not in their original condition
